Description
This chocolate is made only with cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar and sugar, that and of course my wholehearted love and attention. This particular bar is caramelized; I roasted the milk powder beforehand. It gives a lovely golden colour and I find the taste has has so much more depth!
This particular chocolate is made from cocoa butter from the Dominican Republic in the Duarte province.
