White chocolate 37% with Colombian coffee bean crunch…. This is so delicious!
After making the white chocolate I rough ground the coffee beans separately so they didn’t fully fine grind into to batch. I really wanted those little chunks of coffee bean in there!
I originally bought these coffee beans to go with some Colombian cocoa beans I had but afterwards I felt that a white chocolate would give the coffee flavour the center stage.
I bought them (the coffee beans) from coffee roasters @schotcoffeeroasters in Rotterdam. They are always at the farmers market I attend and they make the most delicious coffee. Like chocolate makers, they source their coffee beans for quality, sustainability, transparency and a fair price for farmers. What’s not to love about that?
