Description
Nugu Cacao is a premium, single-origin Trinitario-Acriollado cacao micro-lot grown in the nutrient-rich, volcanic soils of Nueva Guinea, located in the tropical and humid southern region of Nicaragua.
Known globally for its exceptional fine-flavor profile, this ethically sourced cacao yields a uniquely complex and floral taste.
This chocolate was ground for up to 36 hours in a stone grinder, then left to rest for a few weeks. It is then tempered and made into bars. As with most of our bars, it is a limited edition.
Ingrediënten chocolade: cacao bonen (nicaragua nugu) cacao boter (dominican republic oko caribe), volle melk poeder (nl), suiker (nl).
Ingredienten marshmallow: glucosestroop, suiker, water, gelatine, sorbitolstroop, dextrose, maïszetmeel, aroma.
Ingredienten rozijnen: rozijnen, katoenzaadolie.
Ingredienten koekjes: tarwebloem , palmolie, volkoren tarwemeel, suiker, invertsuikerstroop, natriumcarbonaten, appelzuur, ammoniumcarbonaten, zout
Bevat melk, tarwe.
Bar size 75g
Wordt verwerkt waar allergenen aanwezig zijn. Bevat mogelijk sporen van noten.
