Coconut Ice is a very well-known traditional British confection made from sugar, grated coconut, and (coconut) milk. It is a crumbly, chewy candy that is wonderfully sweet, perfect for an afternoon tea snack.
Ingredients
Sugar, grated coconut, coconut milk (coconut cream, water), colorings (anti-caking agent: E422, colorings: E129, E102, E122, water).
Allergens
Although everything is made with the greatest care, all Faraway Garden products are processed in an environment where allergens are present. As a result, traces of gluten, nuts, and lactose/milk may still be present.
Storage Advice
Coconut Ice has a shelf life of two weeks and is best kept in an airtight container outside the refrigerator.
