Craft beer meets craft chocolate…
Bean to bar 60% pure chocolate made with the delicious Rott. Bloom beer from my Oogstmarkt colleagues at ROTT. Brouwers! Made with single origin 60% pure chocolate from the Dominican Republic (Oko Caribe). These beans are home roasted, cracked and winnowed (removal of shells) and then the winnowed nibs have had a lovely soaking in the beer. When the time is right the nibs are then dried and then ground down into this delicious chocolate!
