Here you have a very special bar made with cocoa beans from Vietnam. Itβs been a journey getting the formula right to make this one, a challenge, but it was definitely worth it! I have a very low quantity of bars from this particular batch so get it while you can!

All chocolate at Faraway Garden is handmade in teeny tiny batches in Hellevoetsluis, South Holland. Once I receive the cocoa beans I roast, winnow and conch them. Itβs a complex process which Iβd be happy to explain to you on market days so please pop by for a chat you are most welcome!
