Acai Berry 37% White Chocolate with Madagascan Vanilla

Funny colour for a white chocolate, isn’t it?
The colour comes from freeze dried açai berries which are stone ground into the white chocolate. They are a winning combination; the berries having an earthy taste that contains hints of dark chocolate and blackberry and the sweet, milky white chocolate. Paired together with plump Madagascan vanilla this my friends is a delightful treat! 😋
